Sugar n’ Proof

We are not big cake fans, but Raina's Champagne Raspberry Cake was so good we ate it for breakfast the next day. The perfect thing for celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary. Simply one of the most delicious cakes we have ever tasted. Raspberry filling was out of this world. And the cake was exquisitely decorated. Our thanks to Raina at Sugar N Proof.

Absolutely outstanding! Sugar & Proof provided the baked goods for my husband’s retirement party, and the sweet potato pound cake was truly drool-worthy. Rich, moist, and perfectly balanced — it disappeared fast. The coffee cake was equally irresistible and was practically begging to be enjoyed with a hot cup of coffee. Both were beautifully made and clearly crafted with care and talent. Guests couldn’t stop talking about them and kept asking where they came from. These treats added such a special touch to an important milestone celebration for our family. I’m so grateful and would recommend Sugar & Proof without hesitation.

We asked Rana to make our wedding cake and she made us an incredible and unforgettable cake! It was exactly what we wanted and tasted better than we could have imagined. Almond cake with almond custard filling, it was so perfectly balanced and despite the size, the layers were still so fluffy and moist. We could not recommend working with Rana more and loo forward to being back for a slice of cake :)

THIS WOMAN IS A GENIE!! All my life I have loved dark chocolate raspberry cake and as my palate developed i grew a taste for cheesecake but still wanted a raspberry jam center. So this year for my 27th birthday I wanted to find somewhere that would but nobody would until I random visited Braselton and the local guide said oh the head baker would absolutely do that for you. Not only did this woman make the cake in time for my birthday she made it exactly how I dreamed, it's the best cake I've ever had. This woman is magic, I won't be told otherwise and I will be coming to her every year for my birthday cakes as long as I have birthdays!

I had the Carmel latte a chocolate chip cookie and a hazelnut chocolate Ferrero Rocher fudge, needless to say my sweet tooth was sufficiently satisfied. The owner is awesome and very pleasant to interact with. You can tell she loves what she does and takes pride in her work. Highly recommend.
