Are you serious? this is my favorite thing yall have and you give me a burnt taco? couldn't have taken a minute or two to make another? because that's not how the taco bell training shows you how to make a cantina chicken taco. not only does this location give absolutely terrible service, the food is equally as poor quality. Train your employees correctly. This is ridiculous. To the manager, your food is the heart of your corporation; if an item is made incorrectly remake it that's common sense. Y'all continue to slack at this location. I hope to never have this issue again, have a blessed evening.

I normally never leave reviews but I’m petty and don’t like being accused of lying. The past three times I’ve ordered the grilled cheese burrito, I’ve asked for no sour cream but each time it was still there. This last time I caught it before I left and asked for them to remake it. They barely slapped the new one together and as I was driving away I heard someone accuse me of lying, so I decided to post picture evidence here and call them out. How hard is it to NOT put something on a burrito? Get it together.

I haven't visited this location since they remodeled. It used to be nice inside, now, to be honest, it's a dump. I waited at the counter for close to 10 minutes with 3 hungry children, while EVERY employee wandered around, walked past me, and ignored me. I waited patiently, just standing there, until finally an employee came and stood in front of me. I asked if I could place an order at the counter, to which he told me I could... "order at the kiosk, or I can take your order. Or you can just order at the kiosk and I can take your money... or you can order at the kiosk." He seemed like he absolutely did NOT want to take my order. So, we can't order at the counter anymore? I work in customer service and I often work a huge casino and liquor store by myself. TERRIBLE SERVICE 11/2/25. I ordered in the drive-thru a Doritos Locos Tacos meal in "regular" because I hate sour cream. Order came out as "supreme" / loaded with sour cream. I walked into the store and explained the issue. They made up a new order. I took it to my truck and drove off before checking it. Second order was wrong AGAIN and was supreme / had sour cream. I didn't have time to go back for a third time so I wasted money and had no lunch.
