Fully Loaded Tacos

Incredible new taco place, right next to the University! This restaurant just opened a few weeks ago and it is already one our favorites in the area! The interior has been nicely renovated and feels warm and inviting. The menu is simple but has all the classic options you'd expect at a Mexican restaurant. The fully-loaded nachos are seriously some of the best I've ever had. To top it all off, the owners are super kind and friendly and make the experience that much better. We will definitely be regulars at this place.

Lived in Arizona for several years and haven’t fell in love with any Mexican food. Food here is hand made and very vibrant flavors!! Had a great conversation with the owners as well. Thanks for the great food, and I’ll be back again soon!

First time eating here, the food was great! The service could not have been better and we loved chatting with the owner. Really nice option for a casual bite out, big portions, and refreshingly affordable for Bozeman. Will be back soon!

Wonderful tacos! The best in Bozeman for sure. And their beans and rice are excellent! However I wish they put a little time/money into making it a place you want to dine in & either serve beer or allow it to be BYOB. I will say though that the meat portions aren’t always the same; sometimes they’re Fully Loaded as the name states, & sometimes they’re not enough to satisfy the hunger. Also, if they did enchiladas I’m sure they would kill the enchilada game because no place in Bozeman can get enchiladas right. I have high hopes they would.

Id like to let everybody know that fully loaded tacos not only has the most amazing food from the top of the menu to the bottom but above and beyond that Kirk and Elizabeth are probably 2 of the most amazing people youll ever have the opportunity to meet this day and age. They are what I call old school good human beings. I cant say enough good things about them and there family and business just as real as they come 💯
