Taco Bell

Since this TB opened, every time I’ve gone has been ridiculous. Very slow and/or get orders wrong. Or the ingredients just aren’t up to usual standards (beans are like a thick brick). After a couple times of that I gave up and made the Ferndale TB my main go-to since they’re always consistently good. Today I was in a pinch and decided to give them one more try. Wish I hadn’t. Not only were they out of an item but they were again slow and they forgot the sauces in the bag. I’d ordered on the mobile app so I couldn’t even cancel the order at the window when they said they were out of the item. And the mobile app is supposed to not allow you to order an item that’s not available. This TB is officially x-ed out on my map.

There is no number online, nor did i get a receipt (put in phone number on kiosk for text reciept). I decided to give this a shot tonight. We are not impressed at all. Food was sloppily thrown together and falling apart. Did not get all of my order (should have checked) and got food that we didn't even order. Drive thru was closed, so I had to go in when I didn't plan to.

Avoid. They skimp horribly on ingredients, they push kiosk ordering instead of hiring employees, and every single table was dirty. Our first trip had a quesadilla that was completely empty in 2/4 slices, the second time it hadn't been cooked, zero melted cheese, and it had the jalapeno sauce it wasn't supposed to. Doritos Locos tacos came already broken and half empty, Nachos Bell Grande had low toppings, Beefy Melt only had 2 tortilla strips.. Some locations have good food, but this one either doesn't train their employees or teaches them to put on as little on as possible, very poor management. The kiosks do not include every available option to customize food for allergies, and I prefer the experience of talking to real people, the employees we did interact with were nice and helpful. W

I ask for double lettuce, double chicken, but I get a half full bowl. Is this a joke? 15 bucks for this bowl and a drink…. Atleast when I go to Ferndale Taco Bell they fill my food up instead of skimping out. I’m done going to Blaine Taco Bell. AVOID THIS PLACE

The food was average for Taco Bell’s. Chicken, chipotle, burrito, and a bean burrito. They were OK. Signage on the counter, says to use the kiosk to order. Two ordering kiosks, but one was not working and the one I used gives you the dining or takeout option and how many hot sauces you want but dining in comes in a bag without hot sauce. They do have hot sauce and condiments available in the dining area. The shift leader said they don’t use trays anymore. Everyone’s comes in a bag. This looks like the new normal for new fast food stores going forward from here. Obviously still shortstaffed so just be aware and be patient.
