Taco Bell

Love my cheap, greasy Taco Bell, but this location needs some serious help. I’ve never gotten out of the drive thru line in less than 15 minutes. They always have a line but never enough workers or enough product. If they don’t take 20 minutes to make it, it’s because they don’t have it/ are out of it. Genuinely… a district/ regional manager needs to come and turn things around here because it is always awful.

Worst fast food experience to date. Downloaded Taco Bell app, but app was a joke and didn't want to load code to use at the restaurant. Pulled up to order and explained to the young lady that I had a coupon for a free regular taco, but the app wouldn't load the code. After waiting 15 minutes to pull up to the window. We got the free taco coupon to order and I said I needed 7 regular tacos in total. She changed me for 7 and said the free one will be out shortly. I waited at the window another few minutes after getting my 7 paid for tacos, but they forgot the sauce. Had to reask again for sauce. She the asks me to pull around to the parking lot. So I did and waited another 10 minutes. Got tired of waiting for one free taco and I walked inside. She asked what I wanted and I said my free taco

Digusting place now! I used to go here for breakfast all the time, now when I go the soda machine is always filthy and sticky and covered in grime when the store opens, tables dirty, dirty carpets, and bathrooms smell heavily like urine! Unsanitary place I cant eat here anymore!

This place is such shit. I knew i should have stopped going here the last time they were out of rice and beans. But i went back today. I paid extra for the tomatoes, so im pissed that not only is there no tomato, there's no BEANS, and no sour cream, just all rice. Everything i get here is alway wrong, this is the worst taco bell in the area. Never get a very simple order right, or even tell you there's an issue. Also they have AI in the drive through which gets everything wrong as well. Awful place

If I could leave 0 I would, this place sucks.. the food is horrible all the time, and they want even remake things when you don’t get them, and they leave things out on delivery.. yea, the one across the bay is better go there.. it’s only a few miles away..
