Taco Bell

12/23/25 at 12:55pm lunch time. 1-customer in lobby eating. 2-cars in the drive-thru. I approached the counter with no employee present. 3 employees in the back stare at me. Two of them are not doing anything. After 5-minutes of us looking at each other? One of them looks as if they’re looking for someone? 2 more minutes pass? And I notice 2 other employees and someone behind an office door (manager?) talking about on line gambling the whole time that I am waiting? After 14 minutes of waiting with no front counter person. The girl at the drive-thru walks over to the front counter acts as if to take my order? And then pauses and begins to say ugh ugh, hang on a minute?? To keep from me spontaneously exploding, as she turns her back on me? I said never mind. And walked out?? How long should

This was our worst experience ever at a Taco Bell… the food was cold and soggy and it didn’t taste like other Taco Bell’s

The restaurant is supposed to be open till three am. Uber Eats told us Taco Bell rejected the order (up for debate because Taco Bell said they had made the order and the Uber Eats driver stole it). I drove there myself after to reorder, but I’m told they’re out of food and closed. I went through a second time and told the WiFi is out so they couldn’t serve us. This place is a typical Bellevue nightmare. Either way, whoever is working the night shift doesn’t want to make food because it’s too close to closing time. At 2:45 no one would even answer the speaker by the menu so I had to drive around and beep my horn twice. Despicable. Whoever runs this franchise should be ashamed

Floor in kitchen had trash all over it, somehow they can make sweet tea, then gave some story about why they cant make it. Also very slow for no one in the place. Chalupa was roughly as crunchy as a hard taco, hard to eat
