Penn Station East Coast Subs

I ordered a mega cheese steak thru Uber eats. I've never had their food before. I ordered from there on a whim. The food was at a good temperature when delivered. This sub was pretty freakin good. I'll definitely try them again when I'm in the area.

Was profiled tonight by Evan who also mentioned is a manager. My order was made incorrectly and basically he made a comment stating he lives with the other managers if it was a issue with my order they would’ve told him at home and nothing was done to rectify the situation. I got the wrong order nothing was done to fix the issue. Mind you he also stated he’s seen me around before in the restaurant and I’ve never seen him until tonight.

Spent $65 on 3 sandwiches including fries and drinks. Sandwiches had nothing but meat and cheese. They looked as though they had been made hours before and set under a lamp. No fries and the beverages were hot and had no ice. All of which was delivered by door dash. Drove to the location and was greeted by the rudest bunch of “kids” stating that I did NOT order fries and requested sandwiches be plain. FALSE. The manager on duty required I pay for the fries again because he stated it did not show on his system even after witnessing the correct full order on my phone. He continued to argue with me stating he was NOT going to fix anything. What happened to customer service? Pleasing a customer?!?!? The sandwich artist at Penn Station was really stingy with the meat. My sandwich ended up being mostly lettuce and tomatoes on barely toasted bread — basically a veggie sub I didn’t ask for. For the price, it’s just not worth it. If you’re vegan, this might be perfect, but if you’re looking for a hearty sandwich, you’ll leave hungry.
