Taco Bell

I am writing this review based on my experience getting food at this Taco Bell location for the last 5 years. They’ve never gotten the food wrong, even once-with all the customizations & modifications that I’ve requested. True, the lines often are long with the drive-thru, but that’s a management issue, not a worker issue. In case the Taco bell management takes note, please make sure you’re not undercutting the hiring and keep the store staffed at capacity- which will alleviate the customer experience. Besides that, keep it up! I would certainly give this location full marks!

We were in the drive through for 25 min. I went inside to see whats happening and they were all working and its was NOT busy inside. One or two people only. This is ridiculous. We only ordered 9 items ( 5 taco and 4 drinks). By the time we got our food, it was cold. I’m not sure whats happening but their service isnt goo.

Amazing that they got rid of a job by using AI drive through and yet it's still incredibly slow service. So what's the point? Greed? Idk. Sorry to the people who work here. And to add, there were little bits of tomatoes all over my food. On the outside or wrappers, inside, even caught up in my burrito. But nothing I ordered had tomatoes so the place must be a mess. And my quasidilla has black crap all over it. Not because it's burned but because the grill isn't clean. Discusting place.

Went through drive thru at 7:30 on a Wednesday night. Waited in line for more than twenty minutes to get my food after I ordered at the board. Not only that, but I realized one of the three food items I ordered was missing after I had driven several miles away. It took them trendy minutes to get my order wrong. Needless to say I won't return to this location.

Food was really good but I was refused service at the front counter and told the only way to get food was the kiosk, by the time I ordered at the kiosk and got my food, 1/2 of my 30 minute lunch brake was over. Staff was ok and they are not slow but overall the kiosk experience was completely unnecessary.
