Taco Bell

I went through the drive thru, ordered my all tine favorite, cinnamon twist.... soo yummy. So, I had the most polite man, Kaimon. He was so polite and really just made my night. This young man deserves to be recognized. 5 gold stars!!

i recently visited the Taco Bell at 1112 Jefferson St SE, in Athens, AL. I was passing through this area and decided to get a Mexican Pizza. It was a rainy day so I waited there some time and enjoyed my meal. It was made real well and I enjoyed a second glass of tea. The rain stopped and I left. A nice visit to a good restaurant.

Everything was average. The drive thru was packed out. The dining room was not busy. My service was prompt. My food was taco bell food. And the atmosphere was taco bell atmosphere. I definitely experienced worse at other taco bells

Service is next to none pulled threw the drive thru and was told sorry we are not taking any orders at the moment, two employees standing at the front door having the better part of their Marlboro break, on top of that one of them had the drive thru headset on. Maybe allowing cigs inside will improve the service quality at this establishment. Would leave zero stars if that was an option!!!! Pitiful

They couldn’t take any payment, but cash through the drive through. I had to go inside the store, and I made a mobile order. The app said my food would be ready by a certain time. It was not. While I was in there another person came in and their order was wrong. The staff was not pleasant or addressing the customers at all. My cheesy Gordita crunches were not toasted at all. I’m very unsatisfied.
