I got a cheesy bean and rice burrito w no beans 😢 it’s probably the AI order thing

This was the worst Taco Bell in Anchorage. I ordered a beef chalupa meal with no tomato and I got two cold chicken chalupa that taste like freaking tuna with tomatoes. Then with all that my chalupa falls apart after one bite into it OMFG 🤦🏽‍♀️ This Is Definitely Not Worth Your Money Nor Your Time

There is no ATm at this Tidor RD Taco Bell Location, that I know of. But if it come to the atmospheric conditions, this location building has climatic monitoring outside Thermostats .

I would put zero if it was an option. Not sure if it was just a bad day today but my food could have been made better with care. Ordered multiple things but my two orders of nacho fries were not cooked all the way and some were not even cooked. The chicken grilled cheese burrito was burnt and did not have the right fillings. I can tell someone did not handle order with care and was poorly made. It was my first time not enjoying this location. Every other time was up to standard.

It appears their management has decided to institute AI for all drive thru ordering, because their staff can't be trusted to understand the English language well enough to take orders. I won't be back.
