Taco Bamba

Discovered this hidden gem while in the Herndon area on business. What a great find! The smell of delicious food as soon as you walk in is fantastic. The restaurant has wonderful décor and theming. The staff was amazing, and the young lady at the counter kindly answered all my question. I just wish I remembered her name. I went at 2:00 p.m. for a late lunch, and let me tell you, the place was packed! You can tell the locals love this spot. I ordered two tacos: birria and carnitas. The birria was really good, and wow, do they load those tacos....there was a ton of meat on them. The carnitas taco was phenomenal. It also had plenty of meat, and the flavor was fantastic. I ordered Taco Bamba through Uber Eats and overall had a really solid experience! The food arrived fresh, well-packed, and still warm. The nachos were flavorful — especially the proteins — and the salsas had a great kick without being overpowering. Portion sizes were good for the price, and everything tasted thoughtfully prepared.

This place is amazing with all the different types of tacos to fit your tastebuds! Every time I go there I try a new taco and I love the chicken flautas! I had this delicious frozen guava margarita from the bartender Nicole who has an awesome vibe made the whole experience even better! I highly recommend the drinks she makes and the food for sure!

YUMMY FOOD! We had early lunch and it was already past 730-8PM and I wanted Mexican. This is one of the first restaurants I went to in this city - the food was good is all I can remember. But it’s close to our place so we decided to pick up food. Were vegetarians - ordered tradicional Quesadilla & mellow mucho quesadilla - it was only a $20 total. So we didn’t know if it was going to be sufficient - YES it was the right amount of food. We INHALED it! Finger licking good! Definitely visit and the vibe of the place if you wanted to dine is chill too! Definitely going back & recommend. (Unfortunately don’t have pictures of the food). It was gone before I could click!
