We’re staying at the lodge that this food trailer is parked on. If the rest of the menu is as good as the birria, you’re in for a treat. They also have breakfast options. They also operate on a paging system, so you can wait in your car until your food is ready. Service is fast and friendly.

This food truck looked really promising, and we stopped by hoping for a quick, family-friendly meal while visiting the nearby lake. The sandwich shop across the way didn’t have great options for kids, so we figured Mexican food would be a safe bet. Service was a bit slow, especially considering we were the only ones there, but the food was ready in a reasonable amount of time. The burrito was surprisingly tasty and definitely the highlight of the meal. The pulled pork sandwich and quesadilla were just okay—not bad, but nothing memorable. Overall, we weren’t blown away by the food, but if you’re in the area and want something fast, affordable, and filling, this spot could do the trick.

This spot!!!!!! Man tacos were so good. Didn’t got a pic and ate it all! I managed to take pic of the ramen bria and it’s amazingly good!!! Staff was nice and the side corner picnic tables are so comfy! Can’t wait to go back and get more!!! Stop here if you’re in granby!!!!!

As a major foodie, I confidently declare this place is scrumptious!!!! I got the burrito and was delighted. I was nervous they would not be open in the evening but at 530pm on a thursday the were! Took just 5 min to get my delicious food. Will recommend to all my airbnb guests and be back soon.

hi! my husband and i were staying a few miles outside of grand lake and obviously wanted to go into town and grab a bite! i came across taco about it when googling. we ate dinner there (they have covered picnic tables) and from that first bite… we were sold! we came back 3 days in a row!! the guys working are super cool and attentive. the food was incredible (all 3 days)! i’d eat the birria ramen every day if i could. the quesabirrias were fire with the consomme from the ramen. everything had so much flavor. we tried both pork and beef tacos. the cook on the meat was perfection. i recommend other visitors to try out this place! their horchata is deeeelish :) 10/10 we cannot wait to come back to visit!!
