Ta’Chingon Flavors of Mexico

This is yet another great little restaurant at a shopping center. Simple but nice decorations, fun music playing in the background. Friendly fast service. We ordered the triple fajitas which included beef, chicken and shrimp. The shrimp was very good, the beef was excellent, and the chicken was good, but got a little dry sitting on the hot plate. We really enjoyed the entire meal, and the way it was served. Beans and rice were served on a separate plate that included sour cream, guacamole and pico de gallo. Hot corn tortillas were also served with the fajitas. I ordered a strawberry mojito, which I'm very glad I did; super delicious! Their chips are obviously made in-house, as well as their delicious salsa. We will definitely come back soon to try more of the menu! Great job!

Located at Flamingo and Fort Apache strip mall. Came here for a Business lunch meeting. Rafael was our server, he was friendly and attentive. What we ordered: 1.) Shrimp Fajitas $34.00 the person who had this said she gave it 5-stars for taste, flavor and freshness. 2.) Cheese Enchiladas $12.00 this person said this dish was delicious and flavorful. 3.) Ground Beef Enchiladas $13.50 unfortunately I was served shredded beef which was a bit chewy. Rafael quickly rectified my dish was corrected.

We tried the tostada de atún and the mole, absolutely delicious and very authentic. Honestly, it’s one of the best moles I’ve had here in Vegas. The combination of flavors and textures is incredible: sweet and savory perfectly balanced. Just wow. Everything was divine. ❤️

Ta' Chingon means, awsome or impressive. True words indeed. The food is very authentic and tastes amazing. The bartender Anthony is top notch in customer service. We shared the chicken and steak fajitas which was a lot of food for two. My yelp partner (Knight) truly missed out on a special treat, Till next time this adventure in dining awaits.

Ta’Chingon Flavors of Mexico completely exceeded my expectations. The food was amazing from start to finish. The guacamole was fresh and flavorful, the chips and salsa were delicious, and everything tasted authentic and well-prepared. I ordered the Carne Asada Burrito Enamorados—wow. Absolutely incredible. Packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. And the free refills on the horchata were a fantastic touch—I definitely took advantage of that! The service was excellent as well—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. This place gets everything right. I highly recommend Ta’Chingon and will absolutely be back for more.
