Switzer Library

Wonderful large library with an amazing kids area. The kids section is the lower level of the library so it helps separate those who need a quieter workspace from young kids who are exploring. The kids section has puzzles, blocks, computers, and a play kitchen. They also have a great toddler story time with singing and movement. Great place for kids especially on a rainy day!

I come here every year to have my taxes prepared and filed by AARP Volunteers! There is always ample parking and appointment times are honored.

The kids’ area is thoughtfully designed with puzzles, building blocks, computers, and a play kitchen—perfect for encouraging exploration and creativity. There's also a dedicated teen section and a variety of well-organized events tailored to different age groups. The staff are incredibly welcoming, supportive, and friendly. Overall, it’s a fantastic place for children and families!

Yesterday morning we went to Switzer library for the 1st time for their free Noon Year’s Eve party for kids. 🎉🥳🎉 They had crafts for the kids and a balloon drop. So much fun… our four-year-old had a blast. 🙌🏻 We will DEFINITELY be back. What a beautiful Library and super sweet staff!!!! ❤️🥰❤️ Thank you. 😁

Beautiful remodel! And like always, everyone is so friendly and helpful. It's such a cozy, welcoming space, for both kids and adults. We always love our time here.
