Truckers avoid this place. Went in to use the scale and to fuel. While I used the app, the attendant came on the speaker and we did an old fashioned manual weigh. Not the end of the world and I understand people are having issues after power disruption from storms. Just don't know if power issue or insufficient training that caused the issue as the girl was new and still learning. Again not the end of the world in either case. I proceeded to menuver through the craters in the parking lot to a fuel pump. Grab my scale ticket and a chicken dinner & try to have pump turned on. Cashier couldn't figure out how to authorize pump. Makes a phone call & told my pump and another were out of order. No signs, nothing blocking pumps, no one notified the workers. I moved to a different pump that they

SCAM PARKING! Signs for paid parking are not obvious. I had been there the whole day and nobody told me I had to pay. Next morning, I got a ticket for $500 on my window with the time of 1:47am. I looked around for the signs and as you can see, they are either pointed away from driver's view, not properly displayed, or obscured from view like the one with the trash can partially covering it. Never Again!!

The clerk fried our chicken tenders order fresh and they were delicious. Take care in the rear diesel lane exit. The pot holes could swallow your vehicle!

Paid parking a little to expensive for the size of the truck stop you get to park at. Plenty of parking got here on a Tuesday at 10:30pm only 4 trucks here plenty of space big open lot. Restrooms were clean they had food in the warmer but i wouldn't eat that. You have to scan a sign in the parking lot to pay online.

The restaurant service is very good. But the people that are associated with the travel center are out too scam the over the road driver's, at night the parking area is very dark, the signs they have posted are inconspicuous for driver's to notice that they are there for a purpose, I will put this on all social media platforms for you to take notice.
