Sweeties Homemade Ice Cream & Sweets

Uummm, I’m kind of surprised this shop is making it in Georgetown. To be seemingly upscale/middle of the road rown this shop is not it. It’s VERY small which is whatever. However, all of the candy looked premade and also old. The shop doesn’t in the least look clean. There was no ice cream to be had that I saw. And the fridge of canned drinks smelled like rotten meat and the drinks expired 4 months ago. I’d pride myself quite a bit more if I owned a business. This could be a very successful shop but there’s no way I’d eat from here.

Unfortunately I didn't get to try your business. As someone who supports our 2nd amendment I chose not to spend my money with your establishment. You have every right to post this and anyone who supports our constitution has every right to boycott your business. I hope this review is taken as education and not in a negative way. There's many God fearing people who consider themselves their brothers and sisters keeper who responsibly carry for everyone's protection. Just remember. Criminals don't follow rules. God bless. Danni was the best! ...and fabulous pralines and mini turtles! Such a charming shop with so many delicious offerings and Danni was a pleasure - so helpful, kind and pleasant! She took the time to tell me a bit about how the candies are made which I enjoyed. I stopped while driving back to VA just to look around and left with a number of boxed gifts for those at home and treats for myself for the drive. The pralines and mini turtles were outstanding as were the other confections. I will plan another trip to SC just to stop in again!! Thanks Danni!!!

I was excited to take my two grand babies here on yesterday. We ordered 2 single scoops of plain vanilla, and one scoop of pecan in a plastic cup; no frills no sprinkles. These were literal "scoops" if you know the size of a basic ice cream scooper. I'm one that believes in paying for quality, this woman to me $13 and some change...and the ice cream was average tasting. My only thing is why dog your customers that way...why so greedy in your profits for so little? The creamery down the other end of Front Street has better ice cream, gives you a decent amount, and is less expensive. We will never buy from here again.

I love little Miss. Danielle!! She’s the best! Everything she has made and/or recommended has been past excellent! Especially those white chocolate strawberries!
