Stopped by during a recent visit to another establishment. Nice and clean place for any age group to enjoy a frozen treat, they offer a large selection of toppings. This is a self serve establishment and the staff is friendly.

This sweet frog location NEVER has vanilla waffle cones or vanilla waffle cone pieces and the workers tell you that they don't have time to make them. That is my only topping that I like and can eat besides the wet walnuts and this location does not keep them, are out for weeks and continue to make excuses. All other ice cream spots always have vanilla waffle cones, vanilla waffle bowls and vanilla waffle pieces. Very dissatisfied customer and probably won't return.

This is obviously a hometown favorite. Stopped in on "no weigh Wednesday". The place was humid/hot, jam packed and the bar of toppings was disgusting, empty and dirty. Not to mention their entire POS was down and only took cash. I had to rely on a friendly customer to help me out. The cashier (tall guy with black hair and glasses) was very non-chalant and only made an announcement about cash only after I expressed disdain. Also the price has gone up significantly, in the past no weigh was $5 now its $6, $8 and $10. What a scam for a very mediocre experience. Been eating SW since college but this location has turned me off. Will find a more local ice cream/frozen yogurt spot to support instead of this chain that's lost its taste.

At 7:20pm on 6/18 girl at register was just on her phone texting and earbud in while customer was waiting to pay. Terrible customer service. Employees just horseplaying around. Other worker taller one with nappy hair working at that same time let someone get a free cup. I’d like a free cup as well rather than pay for it just cause they’re friends.

I love that they have a variety of flavors, from basic to exotic, plus almost any kind of topping you could possibly want!! Ice cream heaven!!! The staff are always friendly and helpful as well. AND no weigh Wednesday! What more can you ask for?!
