If I could give this place a zero I would, ice cream was ok but the staff on the other hand not so much, as soon as we walked in there was no staff in sight, just a table of girls we went and got out ice cream and we’re all ready to pay, we waited 10 minutes and still no staff, then 2 of the girls got up from the table and walked over to the register only one of them worked there and finally rung us up teaching her friend the system, no uniform, no name tag or anything then she went right back to cackling with her friends who we made eye contact with many times.

Great location, fast and easy. The young employee was very friendly when checking out. Place was clean and had outside seating.

The experience is just sweetly satisfying! My son and I recently added Tuesdays to our roster of "Mommy and Son Fundays". We picked the perfect spot. The service is personable and we keep coming back because Julian at Sweet Frog gives us a warm welcome and makes sure we are content and beyond. The concept is fun, atmosphere just what we both need after a long school day and tons of zoom calls for me. The toppings are perfect for what he needs - Cotton Candy soft serve with blue gummy sharks and I love the NY cheese cake mix with strawberry with a dabble of fruity pebbles, cocoa pebbles, pound cake and a little this and a little that from the toppings charcuterie board. Prince Frederick store 5/5/25 store was empty of customers around 3pm, one adult and two children filled their cups. We wait at the register for 5 minutes (no one). We yell hello (no one), call the store, no one answers. 5 minutes later a teen comes from the back and says oh, I didn't hear anyone in here. Never this bad but not the first time for this location!! Definitely need adult supervision in this location!!!!!!
