As of today 6/3/2022 I took my daughter here for a birthday treat. No customers besides us and it currently looks like the photos attached. Sweet Frog in colonial heights and Chester was actually my first job. If it ever looked like this I’m sure I would’ve been fired. Really sad to see how bad absolutely everything looks.

Toppings are always stocked and the staff are all so lovely! Especially Andy! Her bubbly personality never fails to make us smile and she’s so good at what she does

Small establishment that has froyo and candy toppings. When the place is crowded it can be hard to squeeze past the people to get to the self serve froyo. Seating is pretty limited and there are two outdoor tables.

Update - July '23. Revisited with the family and a huge difference compared to my last visit. Overall cleanliness has improved significantly. Surfaces are regularly cleaned. I noticed that surfaces along the different stations were cleaned after customers had come through. My kids and wife like the place, but I won't eat there. Look around the place top to bottom, and you will likely do the same. Dirty walls and trim along the floor make you wonder how well things are kept. Their digital signage tells me about gelato and sorbets that aren't available. Gift cards are only good at certain locations and not others. Seems like a silly corp / franchisee rule that hurts the business. Other major, successful franchises (McDonald's, etc.) honor their gift cards regardless.

Food is great, color scheme soft and friendly, staff is only there at checkout so I don't understand the tip option if you do all the work. But the icecream and choices are great just wish a third of the machines were working.
