Phenomenal meal, as always. I try to come here every time I’m in the area because they have an amazing lunch special! Service is great too! I like their Pad Thai and drunken noodles with tofu and my husband always gets the drunken noodles with chicken and shrimp. Great portions and delicious
I stopped here by myself for a quick dinner while visiting the area. It was one of those bitterly cold windy nights just before a major winter storm, but inside was warm and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, service was prompt. My pad see ew (with chicken & shrimp) was excellent, with the noodles perfectly done, the shrimp and the chicken cooked just right as well. Just delicious and satisfying. I will definitely eat here again whenever I'm in the area.
Sweet Ginger makes easily the best Thai food you’ll ever eat! I’ve ordered here religiously for years and have never been disappointed. Especially if you like spicy food, they will exceed the expectations of someone with the highest tolerance. 10/10
This was our first time here for lunch. We were visiting from out of town and, after reading so many positive reviews, decided to give it a try. The atmosphere was fine. We liked the wallpaper, but the booth seat cushions were noticeably worn and looked like they had been taped over with vinyl. Service was a bit slow, though everyone was friendly. The main issue was my green curry. I have been eating green curry for years at many different restaurants, and this one had a very unusual smell that I can only describe as barnyard like hay or manure. The shrimp and vegetables tasted fine, but the odor was so strong that it permeated the entire dish. My husband did not believe me at first, but after smelling it himself, he agreed. I could not finish the meal. It was a strange experience, and
Really surprisingly great food, and it has been for years. I've easily been more than 50 times now (sorry, I waited way too long to write this). I have never had a bad dish. I've never been with somebody who had one. Great range and variety, without so much as to be overwhelming. When they absorbed Hana and started serving sushi, too, it easily became the best asian restaurant in the area - I'd have to drive more than an hour to be confident I could find something better.
