Customer Reviews
The Merrimack Public Library has been a steadfast resource for me over the years. From helping me locate books for my research papers to offering a chance to volunteer during my employer’s corporate charity day, their support has been invaluable. They’ve graciously extended my loans when I needed more time to finish reading, and every interaction with the staff—who are consistently professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful—has been a pleasure. I truly cherish the time I spend at the library.
I am so impressed with this library. They offer museum passes discounts, make things fun for kids to read like reading challenges and book themed surprise bags, they have a nice place for studying, allow checking out near things like games and canopies and cake pans and a metal detector, and have lots of community events!
The Merrimack Library is always a pleasure to visit. Most recently I went in with an issue with my Cloud Library app. I was unable to sign in on my phone and Reggie helped me out big time. We weren't able to fix it, but he emailed the company and together they were able to get my problem solved. I also check out the 3-D printer whenever I pick up a book because it's really neat to watch!
Such an awesome library! They have a huge set of books and access to books in all NH libraries. They also have non-book options like Lego kits, projectors, etc. Parent note: The children's library is amazing. They have amazing activities and they always have something out for the kids to do. They have tons of programming for kids too, including the under 5 set through teens.
One librarian is very rude (Upstairs), she tried enforcing "mandates, laws and rules" which did not truly exist. After telling her the truth and actual laws she bowed away and moved on. The downstairs librarians were very kind and helpful to my children, they were focused on helping my children find books which would best enrich their minds while gently challenge their development.
