Sweet Basil Thai Bistro

The first time we came here we had to go somewhere else because Google said it opens at 11am, but the employee had to come to the door and tell us they actually open at 11:30am. This time around they had their times posted on the door and hopefully Google accepts my edits so that other people don't get there only to find it closed and be disappointed as well. When we came today we were the first ones there, and since we already looked at the menu taped to the window, we immediately told the waitress what we wanted. There was hardly any wait for the food either, again, maybe because we were the first ones there. My sister chose the Build Your Own and she said the black mussels were really good. This place is amazing!!! I'm Cambodian and Thai food is my favorite. I have searched high and low for a good thai restaurant and this is one of them. The food is very delicious and the owner is so nice. Its recently priced just like any thai food place. Their fried rice is very flavorful and their panang curry is sooo good. If you want authentic thai food, this place is it. Anyone who gave them less than 5 stars doesn't appreciate this kind of food. Just saying.

The atmosphere was relaxing, the servers were very friendly, the food came out quickly and the amount of food was great as well as the price. The plate I had was about $10 and it was plenty of food! Overall wonderful dining experience, would definitely come again.!

The Tom Kha soup here is among the best I’ve had. I only gave 4 stars for atmosphere because I ordered takeout, however, when I walked in I was greeted by a warm and happy employee, the place looked clean and the tables were nicely spaced. If I had time, I would’ve stayed there to eat.
