Great place for breakfast or brunch in Norco! The wait was longer than I would have expected, but it was absolutely worth it. The menu is varied, there’s something for everyone. The portions are big, remember this when you’re ordering, and the prices are reasonable. And the service? Impeccable! I had “John Wayne’s Favorite” and it totally hit the spot. I will have a hard time ordering anything else on future visits. I highly recommend this place, despite the wait.

We knew the food was good by the packed parking lot and long line at the front. Once we got in, we were not disappointed. It is a mixture of American and Mexican food (pancakes, chiliquiles etc). We placed our order and 10 minutes later food started arriving. They bring it out as it becomes ready so it’s hot and fresh. They did a great job and can’t wait to go back

What started as a curious visit to somewhat talked about breakfast diner in the neighborhood turned to not so great moment here. People most likely like to come here for nostalgia or atmosphere to sit in a old school horsetown style diner. We were given a warm welcome, seated and orders were taken all in a timely manner. But that was the end of any positivity related to this place, the food came, was not fresh - as in most of the ingredients were semi-prepped/cooked before hand, frozen and recooked to order - Not uncommon for todays style, but there are certain procedures to store and recook the food to remove the staleness in the food - which I believe is not followed here. From Santa Clarita, just in for the day, found this place. The food was out of bounds, had the chilaquilles red, amazing, beans were smooth, and eggs scrambled, hands down, 1 of the best I've had. Wife had Pancakes with Sausage and Eggs, took 3 bites of the pancakes and was blown away. The other reviews from other people commented on the pancakes, they were right in the money, stayed hot, amazing melted butter, and real maple syrup, fantastic. The waitress was awesome, friendly, and food arrived very fast. A must stop for breakfast for anyone.

The food and service here is 5+ stars. My only suggestion is wishing the place was bigger. Not good for large groups but breakfast with hubby is a must! If you are not getting the chilequilles you are missing out
