Sweet Basil

Amazing diner! What a treat to walk in and feel so welcomed not only by the amazing hostess but by other customers. Atmosphere, food and service was top notch! My daughters and I were there celebrating my eldest daughter's birthday. We each drove about 1 hr and 40 minutes to meet. We will certainly keep Sweet Basil as a mtg place for a bite to eat! Prices were very fair! Would recommend this place to anyone! You won't be disappointed! Thank you, Sweet Basil for making our special day, special!

Great diner! Real food, tasted real good and came real quick. Great service, family friendly. Brings the whole community together type of place. Chickens decor was a nice touch and good advice on the walls too. I had the Barneveld Classic and it was filling and delicious. Will come again

Waitress was the nicest and her girls were adorable. Locals treat the space like their own dining room and did not make us feel welcome. Politics are politics but I dont need them blaring in my ear from people and the tv.

One of the best “greasy spoons” around! Sweet Basil is a fantastic spot for breakfast, with excellent food, a fantastic diner vibe and great service. There’s roosters everywhere, counters, walls, cabinets, etc. people have been bringing them in for years. The rye toast was awesome, the hash browns were real, and the coffee as hot!
