Swampfire Backwoods Bistro

The food was delicious!! Everything overall was great! This is just nitpicking but a sign closer to the restaurant showing the correct direction would be awesome. There are quite a few buildings on the property and it’s very dark at night.

What a great place! The atmosphere, service and food are amazing. The owners speaking with the guests is always a great touch! I wish there were more places like this, a true gem!

Food, service and price were excellent. Ms.Tina did an awesome job serving our party of 8. Ms. Ashley has an excellent restaurant...will definitely return. Steak and Blackened Mahi were excellent. The others in our party were also very satisfied with their meal and have plans to return ☺

We had an awesome dinner. The food, and hospitality were excellent. I had steak and scallops with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Really enjoyed the salad as well. My husband enjoyed his meal as well. I rarely order steak out but decided to do surf and turf tonight. I made an excellent choice. It’s a quiet dirt gravel road in and out of Backwoods Swamp Water Bistro. Love the drive. Just outside Folkston Ga and well worth it. Make a reservation and take the drive. Open Friday and Saturday evenings.

The rib eye was huge and tender, the baked potatoes put a smile on this Texas gals face. I just not a fan of sweet steak. However I brought that huge bad boy home and slapped some butter in a pan threw some mesquite seasoning and lemon pepper on it and warmed it up and OMGOSH I went to town. I of course had to share with my baby girl .
