Suzy's Taqueria

Suzy's is the best taqueria around! Their food, staff, service, and prices keep me coming back time after time. Special shout out for the breakfast burritos for being more than the standard potatoes and egg and the quesabirria. Both have a depth of flavor that showcase their real culinary talent. Seriously, it's a must stop when you're in the area!

I recently tried the Chorizo Breakfast Burrito at Suzy’s Taqueria. It comes with chorizo, cheese, onion, sour cream, beans, and rice. I personally tend to prefer breakfast burritos that include potatoes, but I like trying different styles since every place adds their own spin. The ingredients tasted fresh and the burrito itself was a good size, which I appreciated. However, for my taste, the beans and rice were a bit overpowering and took away from the overall flavor of the burrito. I also felt the price was slightly high considering it didn’t fully match my personal preferences. That said, this is just my honest experience, and others who enjoy a more traditional beans-and-rice style burrito may really like it.

Wonderful food! You can tell everything is made fresh. Definitely a crowd pleaser.

The food was more then Amazing , the food was the closest to authentic Mexican that I've had since coming to Oregon in 2002. The guy behind the counter was amazing. We talked about how much better the food is in southern California , and how hard it is to find good Mexican food here in Oregon. It definitely had the heat!!! It is an hour and a 1/2 from my house, and I am more than willing to make the drive to Have More.

Absolutely fantastic tacos truck. We tried the Cabeza, pastor, lengua, and birria. They were all fantastic. Good quality meets and fantastic salsa. The owner is very friendly. We will definitely be going back.
