Fantastic! The Chicken Tortilla Soup, Traditional Tex-Mex & Authentic Mexican Dinners are Out of this World! Start out with their homemade Chips n Salsa & Homemade Chips n Queso! Their combo, chicken and beef fajitas using Serrano peppers, in lieu of bell peppers, grilled tomatoes, and fresh onions the Best I’ve Ever Eaten! Also, they have fantastic breakfast tacos of all type! Y’all are missing out if y’all haven’t tried Susie’s Tacos which is way more than just tacos! This place has a very friendly and welcoming environment. This was my first time here. I was impressed with the size of the menu, considering the size of the trailer. The lady in the window was very friendly and helpful and made a recommendation. So I ended up ordering the gordita plate and a torta with barbacoa. The order took about 10 minutes but it was worth the wait. My food was really hot and I was impressed with the quantity and quality. I would recommend this place to anyone 5 out of 5. Also try the mex. Cheese Burger.

Okay. I'm going to preface this by saying I feel like I have a pretty high standard for tacos. My favorite food is tacos, so I really was excited to find a new taco spot after moving to Kyle a few weeks ago. I was a little sticker shocked when I walked in. I have never paid $4.50 a taco before, BUT, they are not street taco size. They are a standard taco size and they are STUFFED. The taste was perfect!! We got chicken and barbacoa tacos. The barbacoa was PERFECT. Perfectly seasoned and cooked, and it was NOT greasy. The chicken was perfectly cooked and seasoned! I am always happy when the chicken is not dry, but nice and juicy. The yummiest little taco truck! Prices are just right, customizable, FRESH (I could hear them scrambling my eggs!) and fast. Very happy to have this spot close by, with friendly staff!
