Paid $3 for a fax and when I got the email confirmation it said it never went through. Communication error. I asked if I could redo it for free since that wasn’t my fault and they said no and looked at me like I had two heads. Completely rude and unprofessional. They said I would have to keep paying $3 until it went through.

Compared to the other two Sussex County Libraries, this library is small. But that's OK, if I needed a book that's not available here, I can reserve it online and pick it up here (and return it here as well). Same with DVDs/Blurays. They also have a selection of console games, if you're into. The parking is a tad small as well but street parking is available. I like the back section of the library as they have all of the history and biographical books. It's nice now that they are also open on Saturdays. Overall a good place to spend your quiet time reading or just browsing your library.

Came here to get a quiet place to study for an upcoming test. I don’t know if there was something extra going on that needed to be addressed with the staff but this place was not very quiet for study atmosphere. Going to listen to my wife and try Panera instead.

Amazing place for the community. Great selection of books. Being able to print is helpful as well.

I spent 2 hours creating a 26 page document with multiple colors. I hit print, only to discover that the only printer listed to select from was black & white. I went to the self service pay station to pay for my print job but it was unresponsive. At that point I went upstairs to the restroom and returned about 3 minutes later. A staff member had shut off my computer, which deleted my document. "I thought you left," she said. She told me that my document was irretrievable, and apologized. I asked, "are you certain? Could it be here somewhere?" No. I spent another hour recreating my document from memory, but only in black & white. This time I asked for help in getting the document to print. It was then I discovered both of my documents were in the print queue. There was no reaso
