Sushi Mito

Sushi Mito never disappoints. The fish is fresh, flavorful, and high quality. Everything from appetizers to main dishes is delicious. The staff are super friendly and make sure you leave full and happy. The place has a lively vibe with simple, aesthetic, very Japanese decor. I will definitely come back whenever I’m craving sushi!

I went here on a Tuesday evening after having been curious for a while and was surprised at how busy it was for a weeknight, yet the service was super fast. I ordered one of the bento boxes and it was more generous of a portion than it looked on the menu - a real rainbow of delicious foods. the atmosphere is impeccable - they play smooth jazz, the tables are very private and nicely lit, and the place just generally seems authentic. I'll be back!

I’ve been coming here for probably 10 years and it has stayed my favorite Japanese restaurant in/around Atlanta. Sushi mito beats all of them. I rather come here than most hyped high end spots. So many options of Japanese comfort foods and sushi. The fish is always so fresh and the sushi chefs are always kind and happy. Their ramen is so good and filling. (Though I do wish the eggs were soft boiled instead of hard boiled.) Every time I come here with friends or family or if I come here alone, I always have an amazing experience. I leave happy every time. I hope you guys stay around for a very very long time. Sushi mito is the best.

As someone who lived in Japan for 2 years, I was excited to see a Sushi restaurant with great reviews in the nearby area. From the outside it looks a bit like an old night club, but when you walk in, it looks pretty authentic. The decor inside and the lighting is nice. The food looks great! The service was good. As for the food, unfortunately I can’t say I enjoyed it. The plum wine was great! The dynamite roll had an interesting after taste. My colleague agreed as he also ordered the same roll. The egg on my ramen tasted poor. I couldn’t swallow the first bite. They did offer a new egg, but I was too scared the rest of the batch may also be off. So I declined. The beef yakitori was overcooked. The scallops were good, I maybe should have ordered some without the extremely salty bacon.

The best katsudon I've had in years! Also the chirashi, lu5 mito zen, salmon skin roll, and unagi tempura roll were all very good 👍 the sushi rice was nicely balanced too
