This is part of the deli inside the grocery store. All the sushi is premade and packaged. (no service, but one of the employees did answer a question and was nice) The selection was pretty good. The sushi was enjoyable but not great. If I lived here this would be on my takeout rotation for sure. You can purchase the food in the deli and there are a couple tables. You are eating in a grocery store. (about the worst atmosphere, if you are looking for atmosphere)
I primarily go to the Sushi Kabar right here in Springfield, Illinois, but honestly, all of their locations have simply amazing sushi. I visited recently and was blown away once again. The food is incredible, the ingredients are great quality, and you can really see the excellent technique in the preparation. Highly recommend!
