Observatory Lounge

We made a reservation over a week in advance for our special occasion gathering. Unfortunately due to weather delays (slower travel from out of town guests), we had to delay our reservation by 2 hours. Sam was so understanding and accommodating! We were so surprised when we arrived, they had even printed a new reservation table sign for us! We felt extremely welcomed right from the start. Our server/bartender was very good (I wish I could recall her name)! Her cocktail preparation was perfect as well as her overall service to our group. Everyone was happy with their dinner entrees, and especially with the delicious and beautiful Avacado Wagyu Crostini appetizer! This was a special celebration for our family and we were very happy that we chose The Observatory Lounge to celebrate it

The wait staff was friendly, even with a busy Valentine's Day crowd, but I've had better food on an airplane. The items that were made in house were good, but the major components of our meal were not. There were multiple components of our appetizer and entrees that were missing based on the description and items were not prepared as described (the appetizer with pesto in the title was missing the pesto). The "crispy golden gnocchi" was neither crispy nor golden, but overdone and soggy, missing the fresh veggies and parmesan that the menu mentioned. The "hand cut prime rib" was served as a cold slab. The price tag indicated it was fully prepared in house, but it is clear that it was outsourced and heated from frozen to slap on the plate and serve.

Andrea is the best bartender! Her cocktails are consistent between visits because she makes them with care and love. The food is delicious. Go to The Observatory for drinks, date night with the one you love, or to celebrate! Great atmosphere and quality.

Andrea is a delightful bartender! She is beautiful and funny and makes the best cocktails. She laughs at my dad jokes but She needs to work on her balance.

Andrea is the best bartender in town. I asked for an NA cocktail & she whipped up a drink that tasted just like a mule but a little spicier. So delicious! Cant wait to come back & try more of her creations! Atmosphere is the best in town as well!
