Sushi Hiro

First time here and weren't sure about the chef's special omakase because of the price and so many other good things on the menu. Ended up going for it after speaking with Chef James. Zero regrets and enjoyed it so much. Everything was fresh and delicious. Federal Way is quickly becoming one of my favorite areas because of places like this. Not the name recognition of fancier places in Seattle, but within a reasonable distance of them quality wise. Will definitely be back.

Food is very good quality and really good service. Their happy hour on appetizers and rolls is a good price as well. Their chicken wings and the sauce is so bomb. Celebrated my birthday there and we all had a good time. Thanks for making my day special. Interior is very nice and calm, bathrooms were clean and I think I saw a karaoke room for large parties. The staff is very accommodating and nice! The owner is super sweet and a joy to be around. I'll have to come back here again.

Good food and experience. Staff was friendly and the ambience was nice. The chicken wings were some of the best Korean style wings I've had. The sushi was good, but a lot of rolls use imitation crab from what I could tell (if that tells you anything). The seared rolls I had weren't that seared, but it was still good. The rolls are a little busy, but overall good place to eat.

Food was delicious! Presentation was cute! Staff was very nice and welcoming. Saw this restaurant on TT and decided to come check out their happy hour menu. Glad we did that! There’s a lot on there and it seems like food was all made fresh🤙🏽🤙🏽

Sushi Hiro is hands down my personal favorite sushi spot in Federal Way. I’ve tried just about all the sushi in the area, and Sushi Hiro is by far the best when it comes to price to quality. The customer service is consistently great, and Sunny, the manager, is wonderful. The team is welcoming, attentive, and always makes you feel taken care of. The chefs and staff are extremely accommodating when it comes to preferences, which I really appreciate. Their hours are super flexible, the happy hour is excellent, and the complimentary peanuts are a nice touch. Everything here is always consistent, which is why I keep coming back. I truly cannot recommend Sushi Hiro enough.
