Sushi Heaven

Exceptional service - not my favorite quality of fish. Some felt off in texture and smell. Kuddos to the lovely staff, but I left wishing for a more premium experience at this price.

Overall very good sushi spot. Plenty of rolls and other items to choose from. I will be back. The it’s a little off ocean ave and the inside looks a little dated in my opinion. The walls are covered in pictures which makes it look cluttered. I’m sure that’s a local thing. The service was pretty good although a little slow due to it being a little busy in there. I need to come back during their happy hour- three rolls for $20!

If heaven serves sushi, this is it. From the moment we walked through the pearly doors of Sushi Heaven, we were greeted by Sun—yes, the actual Sun—radiating warmth and positivity that set the tone for a truly divine dining experience. We started with the Firecracker Roll, and let me just say, it was sinfully good. Perfectly balanced heat with a burst of flavor that made our tastebuds ascend. The Hawaiian poke bowl was like a tropical vacation in a bowl—fresh, vibrant, and utterly satisfying. And just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, we were blessed with the tempura green tea ice cream—crispy on the outside, cool and creamy on the inside, and absolutely heavenly. Excellent, friendly service 11/10. Good fresh rolls that came out fast. Would eat here again if I return to Carmel. Came here with a family of 6 and we sat outside at 5pm, making happy hour without a reservation. They got us in no problem. Great evening! Thanks Sushi Heaven.

The sushi was good! Got the tempura ice cream it was also delicious. The atmosphere in the store was nice and homey. The service was excellent.
