Lincoln Green Inn

This place is a hidden gem! Part of me didn’t want to write this rave review as I want to keep this Magical Place all to myself! It is a short walk to 2 beaches and dog-friendly! Julie was so inviting and went out of her way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. She is such a character whom I adore! We love the afternoon Wine & Cheese Hour! It was so refreshing to enjoy the beautiful day, drink some delicious wine, and meet the fellow guests. We also enjoyed our breakfast that was kindly delivered to our cottage each morning. The apple turnover and quiche were exceptional! Our charming cottage was a one bedroom with a living room with fireplace, full kitchen with a cute breakfast nook, and large patio. I’ve been staying here my whole life. Unfortunately this will be my last time here :( The woman running it (who had never said hi or even bothered to wave) came running after us blaming us for our dog pooping on the lawn. We had already read the rules and were extremely careful to pick up every bit. He did pee one time on the lawn at 3am when we were leaving for the marathon. I felt terrible, but then again he had to go and he’s so small it was about a tbsp of pee. Aside from being rude about my well behaved dog, they didn’t do anything while the dog next door barked on and off the entire time we were there. We paid $180 for someone to watch our dog in the room to be courteous to other guests, and that is how we were treated?! Aside from all the dog nonsense the room was absolutely disgust

Please accept this note of appreciation for making our return visit even more special than our first visit. Julie Reynoso, her team, and the owners of the Inn have created a truly special place located in one of the most scenic destinations on the west coast. ||The attention to detail and quality is evident. The receptionist Joanne is very nice. But that's where the compliments end. Joanne's boss and the main lady that oversees this establishment. Is a vile mean arrogant person. Take your money elsewhere do not support a place that treats it's customers like trash. For what this place charges you can get a place even closer to the coast where they actually treat you with respect. You have been warned.

My sister and I stayed here for the second time in less than a year. We absolutely love this place! The garden is absolutely gorgeous and the cottages are spacious and comfortable. We love that it's a little off the beaten path so it's quiet and peaceful. We are close to a fabulous walking path along the coastline so this is a fantastic way to start or end your day. We will be back again next year for sure!
