I can honestly say this is the top sushi restaurant in Manchester, VT! Every dish tastes incredibly fresh, and the menu offers a great mix of classic rolls and unique chef creations. The quality rivals what you’d find in big cities, but with the charm and warmth of a Manchester Vermont restaurant. The sushi rice is spot-on, the fish is perfectly cut, and the flavors are well balanced. I especially recommend the specialty rolls and the nigiri — each bite was delicious. The presentation is beautiful too, making every plate feel special. The staff here is wonderful — friendly, attentive, and eager to make your dining experience great. Absolutely delicious! Only good sushi place in the town, def recommend going if you are looking for some quality sushi. Also very sweet workers and staff.

Just had the best sushi meal ever! Food was delicious (I highly recommend the veggie dragon) and the owners were so welcoming…..I felt like we were old friends having a relaxing meal in their home.

I really wanted to like it but it’s mediocre. If you want sushi, there’s no other choice but...the miso soup tasted like water. The spider roll tasted like fried tempura without the crab. However, the basic rolls like spicy tuna, or anything with avocado on it was good.

Great quality sushi. Owners were lovely. Will definitely come back through the ski season!
