Might honestly be the best coffee I’ve ever had in my life, and I’m not saying that lightly. Suryoyo Cafe is one of those spots where you can tell right away they take coffee seriously. The coffee was unbelievably smooth, super flavorful, and just perfectly balanced. No weird bitterness, no burnt taste, nothing harsh. It was rich, clean, and somehow still really easy to drink. Every sip tasted intentional, like they actually care about how it hits from the first taste to the last. You can tell the people behind it really know what they’re doing. It’s made by three artisans who have been in the coffee game for years, and it shows. They’re not just making coffee, they’re dialing it in.
