Surf City Pizza

Great Pizza. Surf City Pizza got some of the best pizza I’ve had in ocean county. Seriously. I had the same reaction I had first time trying their pizza for second time… and it’s the some. “ wow this some awesome pizza”…

Been a while since ive been to Surf City Pizza. After years I was happy to see the owner was still greeting customers. Tony is worth the price if admission and the pizza was just as good as I remembered. Went in for 1 slice ended up eating 3 slices.

Pizza: great crust, generous toppings, sauce and toppings were a little bland. I only had the special slice so I can’t speak to more than that though as far as flavor goes. The chicken and bacon on top didn’t give off much flavor besides salt. Atmosphere: classic jersey pizzeria with sparse decor, pizza display counter and those same pizzeria booths everyone has. Service. Fast and friendly and probably the best part of the experience. Definitely what made me choose 4 stars instead of 3 when I was inbetween. Convenience: good location with easy street parking and access and nice that it’s open year round.

Absolutely the best pizza on the island! The ingredients are fresh, the crust is tasty and crisp (but not overcooked) and the price is right! Definitely a place to go when your visiting (or living) on the island! A+++ Update 4/26/25. Still the best pizza on the island!
