Surcheros - Waycross, GA

1st time ordering, we recently moved here from Orlando and used doordash. I'm not sure about service or atmosphere. Everything tasted really good, rice wasn't hard, and Bowl had a bit of everything. Nothing in MY order was too spicy 🙂👌🫶 I didn't add too much, fearing some of them would be like the corn, etc. The beef burrito was spicy for my son. Maybe I'll try other items. and just as ordered. best salsa I've had in a few, and that cilantro sauce was really good, too. It's a bit pricey but I enjoyed

3/7/26 5:20 Came in for a take out. No one in line, a family of 5 ahead of me and numerous call in orders. Staff : 2 spoke and the rest were placing cold towels on their head or neck. The tea was soured. No ice in the machine. Crew didn't act like they were knowledgeable or happy to be there.

Second time trying sucheros, first time at this location and we got it for pickup. That was smooth, with the whole app and such. For about 15 dollars each for the bowls, it didnt really feel like a lotta food. My parents bowls meat didnt taste all that good for them, and I didn't seem to get my sauce. The food itself for me wasn't bad, just had a lot of beans and very little meat.

Just about every time I go the drink machine is not working, but the cashier won't bother to tell you. You have to find out on your own. It's not the place it used to be. Never use to go especially at 6:30pm and only 2 customers. Just saying. Something has happened.

Terrible experience the last two times I’ve been staff extremely rude.they act like they hate to be there nothing but complaining to other staff with customers in line. The chicken was cold not seasoned and not cut right it was either way to big or shredded when asked to remake with a different meat I was met with an attitude. And was given chicken again which was still not good Blackshearr is the only sucheros that’s any good anymore.
