K D's Cafe & Catering

Passing through Waycross on the way to Florida and needed some nourishment so stopped at the highly rated KD's Cafe. Food was fabulous and prices were awesome! I opted for a Cuban sandwhich while the Hubby went for the Hippo Burger. The wait staff is attentive and friendly. The food was amazing! Best Cuban I've had in a non-cuban restaurant. Hubby said the Hippo burger (turkey burger) was delish! Would highly recommend this place if you find yourself in the area!

Yesterday my wife and I had KD for lunch. I’m a creature of habit and usually stick with the chicken pasta, but I decided to try something new — the hamburger with bacon and turkey. Let me tell you… this is my new go-to meal. Absolutely delicious. Highly recommend giving it a try!

This place is amazing. It's one of my new favorite spots. The pasta is amazing and the chicken salad was amazing. Buy we ended with the fried banana caramel cheesecake and oh my... that was top of the line right there! We will definitely be going back.

Food was fast and tasty, service was fantastic, and the owner was out chatting. You can tell it's a locals favorite and we love supporting places like this. Our kids were rowdy so they brought us coloring books and crayons to try to help. 😉 I definitely will return when in the area to try their pasta selections.

Lovely atmosphere! Great for someone with allergies- they can make things gluten and dairy free easily and quickly! We didn't have time for lunch, but they got it out to us fast and both owners made the rounds to check on us! They rock! Live music on Fridays, by the way! Also very reasonably priced for catering and using their large meeting room!
