Surcheros - Douglas, GA

Stopped by Surcheros and got a chicken bowl - really impressed with how fresh everything was! The toppings were crisp and flavorful, and you could tell they take pride in their ingredients. The chicken was well-seasoned and the portions were generous. If you're looking for a fresh, satisfying meal in Douglas, definitely give this place a try. I'll be back!

The place was great, the food was delicious, the staff was nice, chill, and respecful. There was a person that had curly yellow hair, I don't know his name but he worked the register, he was the most respectful one of all of them. It was on the night of December 2nd around 6pm. I would definitely go by there next time.

⭐️ 0/10 — Absolutely the worst experience ever. The rice was so hard I thought I was chewing on gravel. Completely disgusting and impossible to eat. I called the restaurant to ask for a refund, and they told me they’d write down my name and order so I could come in for a remake. So I drive all the way back… and the moment I walk in, the same rude older lady who always acts like she hates her job looks me dead in the face and says they don’t have my name written down. Every single time I come here, she has an attitude like customers are bothering her by existing. At this point, I don’t know what’s worse — the food or the customer service. Save your money. Save your taste buds. Just save yourself and go somewhere else.

Had an excellent experience here. Staff were very professional and friendly and the food was delicious. I ordered the grilled burrito. They had two different types of rice, cilantro, lime and Southwest. Then you got your choice of mink which I chose chicken. You can also add beans if you like. They had all kinds of toppings to put on the burrito for me. I chose pico de gallo, pickled, jalapenos, green onions, red onions, lettuce, cheese, guacamole and sour cream. It was a wonderful experience and if you're in the mood for burritos tacos nachos quesadillas definitely recommend stopping by.

*Edited Review* I guess I am not good at ordering Surcheros, because my Aunty ordered me a quesadilla and it was really good. I had to edit my review because I would definitely be going back after the plate she got me.
