Supreme Hot Pot

This place really felt like a home away from home 🥹 The signature broth was SO good — rich, authentic, and very Asian. Absolutely loved it, especially during winter when you just want something warm and comforting. The selection of meats was amazing too. They had everything from beef tripe to pig brain, and even the oysters were huge and super fresh. You could really tell the ingredients were good quality. Also, the restaurant was filled with Asians and Chinese diners, which is always a great sign that the food is legit. Honestly, this was the kind of warm, comforting meal that makes you feel right at home in the cold weather. Would definitely come back again.

The ingredients are the highlight of the meal. Unlike some spots where the meat feels like an afterthought, the cuts here are fresh. The sauce bar is another major win for this location. It offers an extensive variety of oils, herbs, pastes, and crunches that allow you to get creative. Whether you prefer a classic sesame-heavy dip or a numbing spicy kick, you have every tool necessary to customize your flavor profile. The restaurant itself is clean and modern. Compared to other local hot pot places, Supreme sits on the higher end of the spectrum. You are certainly paying a premium for the quality of the ingredients and the polished ambiance.

I found a hair (possibly a nose hair or some kind of body hair) in the rice. There was no lid at all—they just loosely wrapped the bowl with plastic wrap, and it was a cheap foam container, so everything spilled during delivery.This is beyond disgusting. This is a food safety issue, not just bad packaging.

Fresh ingredients! Clean and aesthetic as well. Really good selection of mushrooms (enoki and oyster mushrooms) and fresh veggie toppings. The broth was also probably the best that I’ve had…did the split pot with half spicy broth. Meat was also so good!! Nice servers and quick!

As a Chinese individual, the vibe here was fantastic and very Chinese LOL. Easy to order, fast service, one of the best broths I've ever had (the bone marrow one), and just overall a fantastic experience!
