Supreme Dumplings (Kirkland)

Authentic southeast China food, more Shanghai style. Authentic vinegar. Xiaolong Tangbao (not pictured) contains lots soup held by thin wrap, very good and I also like the spicy sauce. Ethan provided excellent service. Deduct 1star in atmosphere due to a little old house smell when first enter. If there is half star, I will give 4.5 - their internal design has tastes.

It's my first time at Supreme Dumplings. I just walked in. Wait time is not too long (about 10 - 15 minutes) for me. I like Fried Pork Chop, Shrimp Fried rice, and Spicy Shrimp & Pork wonton. They all delicious. And price is very reasonable to me.

Nice selection of heart-warming comfort food. Love the hot noodle soups and the pork chop. Beef in the platter is VERY tender. Highly recommend. Our server Caroline is very sweet, friendly and attentive . Would definitely come back again!

Supreme? Not quite. This place has potential, but it needs some fine tuning. The service and food quality left me disappointed, though I will say the dumplings were the star of the show. Could’ve done without the egg shells in two of the dishes.

This was my first visit to Supreme Dumplings and it was wonderful!! They mirror a lot of the same offerings as Din Tai Fung, but without the long wait times. We got the Xiao Long Bao, Pan fried dumplings, pork chop fried rice, truffle fried rice, green beans, spicy wontons, cucumber salad, and herb chicken. Everything was delicious! They also have a good variety of cocktails, beers, and non alcoholic drinks. I was blown away by the lychee beer - I’ve never had it before! Highly recommended if you like lychee flavoring.
