Warm Corner Sourdough Bakery

Excellent whole wheat bread, with great, not overpowering, sourdough flavor! Glad to finally find a whole wheat bread without a bunch of added sugar. Large loaf weighing close to 2 lb. I hope to learn what wheat flour they use and will get a loaf about every week.

Natural bread that doesn't leave you feeling bloated or acidic afterwards! I have become a sourdough convert. Also, they are huge!

Hands down the VERY BEST bread I have tried—in flavor, texture, and nutritional value. As someone challenged with type 2 diabetes, I was looking for a bakery who understands and promotes the health benefits of the slow fermentation, zero-yeast process in order to minimize glycemic effect. Well, my CGM (continuous glucose monitor) barely moves when I eat two full slices of Warm Corner sourdough bread. If combined with meat or some other fat and protein, my CGM doesn't move at all. I feel so fortunate to have found Warm Corner Bakery. I hope they will be here forever.

Warm Corner makes excellent artisanal bread. I ordered one loaf and it was absolutely delicious… very soft, fresh, and clearly well made. I liked it so much that I already ordered two more. You can really taste the quality and care in their bread. Highly recommend!

Really great sourdough. We always wanted to bake our own sourdough but never really have time to actually do it. All the loafs that we buy in the supermarkets are not often fresh. Now, we do not have to worry about baking our own. The taste is amazing. It is really fresh and tastes amazing.
