Super Chix - Chicken & Custard

I got the chicken tenders and fries. The fries are really good. I got mine with just salt. The chicken, although it tastes like real, quality chicken, the flavor is just not there. I wanted to love it. Even the dipping sauces don't help much. It's not terrible. They just don't season the chicken. I like the atmosphere and the customer service is good.

Tried super chix for the first time. The food was really good for fast casual. You walk in and order and they will give you a table number. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. They also have dedicated parking spots for pickup. The food only took about 10 minutes. Maybe less. They have a lot of options for their sandwiches and fries. They also have a special sandwich. Although not sure if it’s quarterly, seasonal, or some other cadence. It’s a bit pricey for what you get but the service and flavor make up for it. The person that took our order opened up the other register when the line started to back up some and is who brought us our food.

Really impressed by this place. The sandwiches were very good and very crispy. We also got loaded fries to share which have queso, bacon and green onions.

I am very disappointed with my recent order. I ordered Cajun fries and instead received a pile of grease. As a former restaurant owner, I can confidently say I would never serve fries this greasy…it’s simply unacceptable. This experience did not meet even basic quality standards, and I am truly dissatisfied. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address it to ensure better quality control moving forward.

And to whoever served me this raw uncooked 🤢 chicken on November 9 2025 Sunday night you really need to be ashamed of yourself!!! Do better Super chix and stop putting brown wilted and inedible lettuce on your salads!!! Invest in some better quality lettuce now because it’s not matching your prices! Do better!
