That was some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had and the guy working was so nice. There are many options of cones or you can just do a cup. There are so many fun combinations. I feel like it would be easy to make even a large group happy. It’s fun to walk around and look at the farm and see the alpaca!

Beautiful vista, huge portions & very nice people. Highly recommended if you’re in the neighborhood.

Beautiful location in Maine's farm country off Route 1. Giffords icecream is always good and, the alpacas and donkeys were an added bonus.

We visited this nice little ice cream shop several times during our stay in Maine. No regrets. The good: They serve Gifford's ice cream. The portions are generous. The prices are very fair. Great variety. I recommend the 4 scoop sampler. Friendly staff. Plenty of outdoor seating. Also, it's on a farm and the market sells some fresh fruits and veggies and eggs. They also have some donkeys and alpacas, but far enough removed not to affect your enjoyment of the ice cream. The less than great: the parking lot makes the place a little dusty on a windy day. A little outdoor decor would add a nice touch. Overall, this place is great and worth the stop. Thanks Sunny's Scoops for keeping us happy in the ice cream department during our stay in Maine.
