Sunny Side Up Diner

Went today for breakfast and was very dissappointed we have been coming here for more than a year every other weekend and always was great. Last week and today waited 35+ minutes from placing our order to being served. Once food arrived my toast was burnt as was my ham. I understand it was busy but really, i think they cooked my toast for 35 minutes. The server asked if i would like a box and I replied would you? That being said we will miss Lauren she is an awesome server and they will suffer with tips due to slow service which is new. Needless to say we will go elsewhere for breakfast.

Good food. Humble atmosphere. Breakfast all day

Had breakfast today at Sunny Side Up Diner. Interior of restaurant looked clean but outside of building looks rundown. The restaurant was busy with breakfast croud of mostly tourists. Hostess, waitress and cashier were all very nice, courtesy and appreciative. My simple breakfast took 25 minutes to arrive. The food was adequate but eggs did not look professionally prepared. The grits were good as well as the bacon.

I cannot say enough positive comments about our experience here. Nicole was our server and she took care of us in every way. The food was outstanding in every aspect. Delicious and appealing. We were seated immediately, Nicole gave us our drinks within minutes. She checked in with us frequently and truly made us feel at home. This place has turned into our go to place for breakfast and lunch now. I will bring all our guests here. We are locals and have eaten early with most of the local places. I would suggest this place to anyone that wants great food, with great people in a unbelievably clean atmosphere. Thanks to everyone.

Great place for a Sunday brunch with family or friends. Most of the staff are very nice, and the atmosphere can be a bit noisey. The food is good - I find this place to be a "conversation over brunch" rather than an "I wanna try something different." Prices are reasonable, and once you're seated, there's not much wait time.
