Sumo Fusion

Do not waste your money or time. This place was decent over a year ago and is TERRIBLE now. Ordered a Wasabi roll which is as quoted from the website: yellowtail with scallions inside and salmon with wasabi sauce and spicy mayo and eel sauce on top. What I got is yellowtail with cucumbers HEAVILY watered down wasabi sauce that tastes like nothing and an extremely light again WATERED down nearly tasteless “spicy” mayo, ZERO eel sauce and for some reason random fish eggs and sesame seeds to take its place I guess? The whole thing tasted like sadness but I was very hungry because let’s not even MENTION the horrible time my dad had picking up the food that THEY kept forgetting. Absolutely DO not go. I know I and my family will not be.

Green mountain roll was amazing.Fresh, clean flavors and beautifully made. The avocado and tobiko on top really elevate this roll. One of my favorites.

This is my favorite restaurant,They have a good hibachi, the teriyaki sauce is good , great value, and the staff are very welcoming. Overall, this is a fantastic restaurant and definitely worth a try.

Sumo Fusion is easily one of my favorite spots for Japanese and Thai cuisine! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made with real ingredients you can actually taste. One thing I love about Japanese food is that you feel satisfied without feeling heavy or tired afterward — and Sumo Fusion delivers that experience perfectly every single time. Every dish is packed with authentic flavor, beautifully prepared, and balanced just right. Whether it’s sushi, hibachi, or their Thai specialties, each bite tastes clean, delicious, and made with care. The atmosphere is warm, the staff is friendly, and the service is consistently great. If you want a meal that’s tasty, fulfilling, and leaves your body feeling good afterward, this is the place. Sumo Fusion never disappoints — highly recommended!

Honestly, the only place I get hibachi from nowadays is Aki In Chambersburg. I recently moved to the Martinsburg area and this has to be hands-down the Best hibachi place around here. Order was done fast, portion size was great, quality was great. Definitely my go to restaurant. In the photos, I got the chicken and steak hibachi with noodles, teriyaki chicken skewers, and crab Rangoon. My absolute only recommendation I could give is to make the teriyaki chicken skewers a little more moist with sauce, but everything was great. It costed me $35. Definitely left a tip also when I got there.
