AJ’s Diner & Bar

The was my first time trying Indian food so didn’t really know what to expect but I’m blown away with how flavorful each dish was. The food is AMAZING!!! Everything is fresh and made on site. The head chef came out multiple times to make sure everything was good and all our needs were met. One of my favorite things was the mint chutney. So fresh and light but full of flavor. The family who owns the establishment is super nice and accommodating. Definitely will be back again.

Travel RN here. I absolutely loved this place and wished I had found it earlier. The taste of the tikka paneer was exceptional! Paneer is just so yummy! I tried the lentil soup and it was nice. The garlic naan was tasty, I personally just thought it was a little chewy but maybe that's real naan. The chai tea was good. The lemonade was different and it's something I'd say "I'll try anything once" but unfortunately it wasn't my cup of tea and I wouldn't get again. The waiter recommended the biryani dish the second time I went and it was very flavorful. I still enjoyed the tikka paneer more. 😍 I would have tried it all if I could have stayed in town longer. The food was outstanding. We had the Butter Chicken and Chicken Masala. When placing the order, they will ask you what level of spiciness you prefer on a scale of 1-10. I got a 6 and it wasn't too spicy. The only reason I gave the service a 4 instead of a 5 was because the wait for getting the check was a little long. All in all, it was pleasant surprise to find Indian food of such high quality in this area. They also have traditional "American" food. Next, we plan to try the Sunday buffet.

Tried AJ'S Diner and Bar today in Spring Mills, and it’s definitely a spot worth visiting! This new Indian-American fusion restaurant really impressed me. We started with the Shark Bite cocktail, which came topped with a shark gummy and a syringe of grenadine for a fun, interactive twist. Drinks were great, but the food was even better. They kicked things off with complimentary Papad Chips and mint chutney—a tasty and light starter. We also ordered the Kachumber Salad, which was super fresh and refreshing. For my main dish, I went with the Chicken Tikka Masala. They happily turned up the spice level on request, and it was rich, flavorful, and delicious. Everything was amazing! Butter chicken and Mac was so good and the naan bread was the best I have had. The food was definitely fresh! The staff was super friendly and answered all our questions. Highly recommend!
