Gabriela and staff there were absolutely amazing, very kind and patient! Our drinks were made pretty quick and my coffee was honestly so good and needed when I went, no complaints just impressed overall. I’ll definitely be back, thank you all for being amazing!

I got a blended white chocolate with two shots of espresso. The taste was spot on, but it has a couple ice chunks. There is another coffee hut that blends their drinks and they almost seem like a frozen mousse. Anyway, I'm not sure if it's the blender or the amount of time blending the ice. The barista was super friendly helping suggest a fruity drink for my friend that has several weird fruit and berry allergies.

Super sweet baristas, lotus drinks are always super delicious my favorite was their special Red Bull kicker they crafted. Love it here!

Our family loves Summit. They have the best breakfast burritos in town and my husband has tried them all. They also carry allergy friendly treats and as someone with allergies it’s always so nice to have places consider that. We often go out of our way to be able to get our summit fix. If you haven’t checked them out you should.

Summit Coffee’s yummy food + drinks never disappoint! They offer a fun spin on usual coffee hut items + offer specialties - like wellness shots! Highly recommended! (Pictured is my favorite drink ~ the Stone Fruit Sparkler: White Lotus with mango, peach, and lotus cream.
