Summer Moon Coffee

I had a wonderful experience at Summer Moon Coffee! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making sure I got exactly what I was craving. I enjoyed a Half Moon and paired it with a white chocolate raspberry scone—both were absolutely delicious! The coffee was perfectly balanced, and the scone was just the right mix of sweet and tart. The location is great, making it a perfect spot to relax or grab a quick treat. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for fantastic coffee and kind service! ☕️🍰

I always have such a great experience at Summer Moon! The coffee is amazing, but what really makes it stand out is the service. The barista Justin is always super friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcome. You can tell he really cares about his customers and how well the coffee is made. Every time he’s working I know my coffee will come out amazing and has such a positive vibe. Definitely one of the best coffee spots around with a great atmosphere!

I absolutely love this place! They have an adorable coffee cart and merchandise to purchase. They have outside seating and a few games to play while waiting for your coffee, or to hang out with family and friends. Their coffee is outstanding! Very strong and packed full of flavor. Their staff was so friendly! I had a wonderful time.

Love Summermoon coffees! We go to the Belton mobile moon trailer. Logan is the best! So cheerful and he makes the best coffee drinks.☕️ My global is always perfect and delish when he makes it. 😋 Wish y’all could bring your coffee to Salado!

I continue to have great experiences with Justin at the Summer Moon Coffee – Trailer on 31st St. in Temple—he’s always happy to see his customers. The iced Matcha latte is fantastic. Justin clearly knows how to make customers feel welcome, even in a busy trailer setting. I’ll definitely be back—and I’ll be asking for Justin again next time.
